Cancellation Policy: Because of the seasonal nature of this rental market and the fact that most prospective tenants will have booked their winter rental months in advance thereby reducing the pool of available renters, therefore, no refund will be made on rentals canceled after October 1. However, if we are successful in securing a new tenant for the property, your money will be returned less a $300 processing fee.
